Data Platform retainer

The data platform retainer ensure an operational digital pathology infrastructure that is maintained by mavenbio® and composed of open-source components. The open-source approach ensures that there is no lock-in and maximum interoperability. There are multiple possible add-ons depending on the specific use case:

• customer portal
• image processing
• data transfer solutions

After an initial scoping we quote the initial platform setup and the recurring retainer.

There are no software license costs.

Processing Platform retainer

• Distributed image processing at scale with CPU and GPU
• Data pipeline to move inputs and outputs
• Infrastructure to manage container images
• Support in building appropriate container images

Service Levels

• Response time
  • Time until mavenbio provides a first non-automated confirmation of the issue including an initial plan of action.
• Resolution time
  • Time until either the issue is resolved, a workaround is provided or a root cause that is beyond mavenbio’s control was identified
  • 2x Response time for high priority issues
• High Priority issues
  • Issues that are assigned high priority by designated client representative. Limited to 5 per month.
• Credits
  • If a SLA is violated, the monthly subscriptions is deducted for the month following the acknowledged SLA violation. The deduction is pro-rated based on the average number of issues vs. issues violated. High priority issues are weighted with the factor 3. For example, if there are on average 30 issues per month and 1 high priority issue was resolved late a 10% deduction is applied.
